It's a beautiful park!!! Lots of things to see and do.
Attended Boonesboro Days at Shafer Park. Aside from having to park a ways away, which isn't the fault of the park, it was well done. Lots of art, crafts, vendors, food choices, demonstrations packed into the park. It was a lovely time and i suspect a lovely park when the chaos of a fair isnt there.
Great spacious park! Love the quaintness it offers but the creek running through it with stone bridges. Has bathroom facility. We love to go to the farmers market on Tuesdays for local items. The park often has special events on the weekends too.
Great park that allows leashed dogs - unlike City Park in Hagerstown.
Quiet town park with playground toys for kids, wife open area for field games, a quart little stream, bridges, rest rooms and pavilions.
